Chili Cheese Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz. blocks of cream cheese – softened
  • 28 oz. can whole tomatoes – chopped and drained
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese – shredded
  • 16 oz. pkg Farm Rich Smokehouse Dry Rub Smoked Chicken
  • 6 green onions – cleaned & sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 celery stalks – cleaned and chopped into 3 inch pieces for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, cayenne pepper and chili powder until smooth and well blended.
  2. Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and chicken to cream cheese mixture and stir to incorporate.
  4. Spread dip into a 9x11 baking pan and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve with celery sticks for dipping.
